Testodex Enanthate 250 has a strong influence on the hypothalamus hypophysial testicular axis. The hypophysis is inhibited by a positive feedback. This leads to a negative influence on the endogenic testosterone production. In a high-dosed treatment with testosterone compounds an often reversible interruption or reduction of the spermatogenesis in the testes is to be expected and consequently also a reduction of the testes size.
